Shop Instore

If you are based in Sydney we invite you to shop instore with us. Our retail store is located at 422 Oxford Street Paddington NSW and is open seven days.

 

 

 

What payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards including American Express, Visa and Mastercard. We also offer payment via Paypal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. If you would like to pay using a Postal Money Order or direct funds transfer then please register as a customer, save your order/shopping cart and contact us at service@gdaybaby.com.au to complete your transaction using your nominated payment method. Do you offer click & collect?

Yes, we do offer click & collect for orders placed via this website, via mail or telephone. Orders received prior to 2pm will be ready the same day. After 2pm, orders will be ready by 10am the following day except on a Sunday when it will be ready by 11am. We will let you know via phone, email or SMS as soon as it is ready for collection.

Can I shop the collection in person?

If you are Sydney-based, we invite you to shop our collection instore. You will find us at two locations: 422 Oxford Street, Paddington and shop 77, St Ives Shopping Village on Mona Vale Rd in St Ives. Both stores are open 7-days.

Do your products go on sale?

Our policy is to reward loyal customers rather than hold one-off sales. When you subscribe to our community during the checkout process and purchase frequently from us we reward you. You can also qualify for discounts when you buy our underwear collection in bulk with our 'Buy 3 and Save' offer. So please remember to register with us and make sure you are signed in at checkout to make your purchase count.

What if I cannot find the size I am after?

If your size is out of stock we do accept pre-orders via our website, telephone or email, so please contact us if you would like to place an order on a soon to arrive item.

I've just placed my order and need to make a change, is this possible?

We process your order as soon as possible, within hours sometimes, so that you receive your goods in a timely manner. If you contact us with a request to alter a pending order then we are happy to try and assist. If your order has been prepared for dispatch then it may be too late. Please contact us as soon as possible with your request and we will do our best to help.

Do you have a loyalty program?

Yes, we do. When you shop with us and register your details during the checkout process you will be recognised as a loyal customer. Is your organic cotton certified?

The yarn that we source to make our Australian knitted fabrics is either GOTS or Fair Trade Organic certified having been grown, picked and processed according to strict environmental and social certification standards.

Is your organic merino wool certified?

Our Merino Wool is Australian Certified Organic. The wool is sourced from farms who adopt the Responsible Wool Standard, setting best practices for Animal welfare and sustainable land management.

How should I care for my merino wool items?

Our merino wool is machine washable and easy to care for, all you need is an approved liquid wool detergent and a wool or gentle cycle setting on your washing machine. Please refer to the care label attached to the garment for more information.

Does your sleepwear range comply with safety standards?

Yes. We don’t take any chances when designing our sleepwear and adhere to the strictest Australian and International Standards. Our entire sleepwear range is classified according to Australian Standards and labeled CAUTION KEEP AWAY FROM HEAT AND FLAME. Our sleepwear is made from 100% Certified Organic Cotton and are designed to be worn snugly as a fitted garment. Our fitted design is for the child’s safety as loose-fitting garments are more likely to catch fire. Remember, while growing room is an advantage in most styles, when selecting your sleepwear size please ensure they are worn true to size.

Our entire collection is made in Australia from Australian made fabrics.

Are you Australian owned?

Yes, we are a 100% Australian owned family business.

My order is a gift, can I include a message?

Yes. Simply click on the shopping cart icon and a comments field will appear below your order summary. Here is where you leave your message for the recipient. No invoice or price tags will be included with a gift. We thoughtfully wrap gifts in our recycled Australian made packaging. 

Do you offer custom corporate orders with our logo?
